ASF memorial trips 2026
Every year, Action Reconciliation Service for Peace (ARSP) offers memorial trips to Poland for new volunteers. These trips are open to all volunteers who will be doing voluntary service with ARSP starting in September.
During these trips, which last several days, they have the opportunity to engage intensively with the history of National Socialism and the role of the respective concentration camp in this system, together with other ARSP volunteers.

Memorial seminar in Lublin
Operation Reinhardt in the Lublin Region – a study trip to Majdanek and Belzec

During the seminar in Lublin, participants will examine Operation Reinhardt – the German extermination campaign in which approximately two million Jews were murdered within 18 months, from March 17, 1942, to November 4, 1943.
The program includes visits to the former Majdanek concentration camp and the Bełżec camp, as well as other sites associated with the Nazi extermination policy.
The project is co-funded by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ), the Bethe Foundation, the federal program “Jugend erinnert” (Youth Remembers), the Children and Youth Plan (KJP), and IBB gGmbH
Akcja Reinhardt na Lubelszczyźnie – podróż studyjna na Majdanek i do Bełżca

Akcja Znaku Pokuty Służby dla Pokoju (AZP) proponuje co roku podróże studyjne do Polski dla nowych wolontariuszy. Są one skierowane do wszystkich ochotników, którzy od września rozpoczynają służbę wolontariacką we współpracy z AZP. Podczas kilkudniowych projektów młodzi ludzie mają szansę, wspólnie z innymi wolontariuszami AZP, zajmować się historią narodowego socjalizmu oraz rolą poszczególnych obozów koncentracyjnych w nazistowskim systemie represji i zagłady.
Podczas seminarium w Lublinie uczestnicy zajmą się „Akcją Reinhardt” – niemiecką operacją zagłady, w ramach której w ciągu 18 miesięcy, od 17 marca 1942 r. do 4 listopada 1943 r., zamordowano około dwóch milionów Żydów.
Program obejmuje wizyty w byłym obozie koncentracyjnym na Majdanku oraz w Bełżcu, a także w innych miejscach związanych z niemiecką nazistowską polityką zagłady.
Projekt jest współfinansowany przez Federalne Ministerstwo ds. Rodziny, Seniorów, Kobiet i Młodzieży (BMFSFJ), Fundację Bethe, program federalny „Młodzież upamiętnia” („Jugend erinnert”), federalny plan na rzecz dzieci i młodzieży (KJP) oraz IBB gGmbH.

Every year, Action Reconciliation Service for Peace offers a memorial trip for volunteers in the international Germany program. The volunteers come from various European countries, including Germany itself, Israel, and the USA. The seminar offers volunteers the opportunity to get to know Oświęcim and the memorial site and to exchange views on Auschwitz and the Holocaust against the backdrop of the prevailing discourses and narratives in their countries of origin.

Akcja Znaku Pokuty Służby dla Pokoju proponuje co roku podróż studyjną dla wolontariuszy w ramach międzynarodowego programu wolontariatu w Niemczech. Wolontariusze pochodzą z różnych krajów Europy, między innymi również z Niemiec, oraz z USA i Izraela. Seminarium umożliwia im dyskusję o Auschwitz i Holokauście w kontekście ich zróżnicowanego pochodzenia oraz dominujących w ich krajach dyskursów i narracji.
